Brickell has a river of condos for sale. Buyers keep saving this one.

This townhome at The Ivy climbed to the top of my Brickell list this week. It picked up 41 saves on Zillow, more than almost anything else I tracked. That's 3.7 times the average save count among this week's finalists. I've got buyers set up on alerts for The Ivy and nearby river buildings, and I'm sending this to them today.
